| BEVERLY KINDERPLUS | ||
| Beverly KinderPlus is a tuition-based program offered by Beverly Community Education. It provides a flexible full day option for Kindergarten students. The program is licensed by the Michigan Department of Human Services. PROGRAM  The KinderPlus program offers a wide variety of hands-on, thematic and seasonal activities, addressing all areas of development. The program follows a curriculum designed to enrich and complement the Kindergarten curriculum. A variety of activities are offered each day, and may include creative arts, music and movement, literacy, cooking, construction and dramatic play. SCHEDULE Based on enrollment, both an AM and a PM session of KinderPlus is offered. The AM session begins at 8:50 am and runs through the 12:40 start of PM Kindergarten. The PM KinderPlus sessions begins at Kindergarten dismissal at noon and runs until afternoon dismissal at 3:50 pm. Both programs overlap at lunch. Students may enroll in KinderPlus for 2, 3, 4 or 5 specific days per week. All children must be registered and use the program on a regular basis. Once enrolled in the program, extra days may be added on a drop-in basis if there is space available and advance notice is provided. REGISTRATION KinderPlus registration is online only. Follow the link on the righthand side for registration instructions. A non-refundable registration fee of $100 per child is required at the time of registration. There are a limited number of openings in KinderPlus for the 2011-2012 school year. TUITION  The daily tuition rate for the 2011-2012 KinderPlus program is $22.00 per session. Tuition is billed monthly in advance. All payments are made online, either via credit card or direct debit from your checking account. STAFF Mrs. Pollina is the KinderPlus director and AM teacher. Mrs. Flaherty is the PM teacher. An assistant teacher works in both the AM and PM programs, and a lunch assistant helps during the lunch hour.
